Exhibition "Three Russian icons from the collection of Intesa Sanpaolo" at the Russian Museum

The exhibition "Three Russian icons from the collection of Intesa Sanpaolo" will be held in the Russian Museum from May, 23 to June, 25. Three works of Russian icon painting from the late 15th and early 16th centuries will be displayed in the Garden Lobby (Hall 29) of the Mikhailovsky Palace: "The First Ecumenical Council in Nicaea" (Novgorod, the end of the 15th century), "Five Holidays and saints "(Vologda, the end of the 15th-beginning of the 16th century) and" Christmas"(Novgorod, circa 1475). Nornally these works are held in the Palazzo Leoni Montanari in Vicenza, Italy.
