Learn more about the history of Television in the Museum of Printing

Museum of Printing (32, Moika river embankment) welcomes visitors to an exhibition dedicated to history of television.

We rarely think about the development history of gadgets and appliances that have become indispensable in our everyday life. A lot of people associate a TV set with a cosy household, although it is clearly becoming outdated - being replaced by smartphones, tablets and other modern electronic devices.

Technologies made a quantum leap in quite a short period of time, as TV sets of new generation caused the monochrome lamp displays to be thrown away, or, a little better - become part of museum collections.

Travel into TV technologies past from October until end January 2017 in the Museum of  Printing. Free admission with St. Petersburg Card (exhibition is included in the museum entrance ticket).
