How museums of Saint Petersburg work on holidays

On state holidays museums may change their schedule and opening hours: they may be closed or, other way round, be open on the scheduled day off.

On May 9, 2020 the following museums will be closed: State Hermitage and its subsidiaries (General Staff building, Menshikov Palace, Museum of the Imperial Porcelain Factory, The Winter Palace of Peter the Great), History of Religion Museum, Anna Akhmatova Museum, Arctic and Antarctic Museum, Central Museum of Communications
