Central Naval Museum


The Central Naval Museum is one of the oldest Russian naval museums and one of the largest in the world. Over 3 centuries of existence, it has gathered a huge collection of invaluable memorabilia reflecting the most important events in the Navy’s history. These include items of ship machinery, cold weapons and fire arms, flags, banners, paintings, various awards, documents and drafts. The museum has one of the worlds richest collections of model boats, which gives a comprehensive view on history of Russian and overseas naval construction.
