State museum-preserve “Peterhof” is a magnificent palace and park ensemble, which was used by Russian emperors as a summer residence. The park is famous for its magnificent fountains that make it a perfect place for summer strolls. In 2018 the fountains have ended to work because of the weather conditions. The entrance to the Lower Park is free from October to April. 

The Lower Garden can be visited with St.Petersburg Card from April 27 to October 13, 2019 when the fountains will reopen the summer season and when the entry to the park will require tickets. Tickets can be obtained at the ticket offices №1, 2, 3 on Razvodnaya str, №8, 9 in Palace sq. and №1,2,3,4,5 at the pier (№5 and №6 are separate lines, where guides of organized tourist groups are also served). 

The Grand Palace is the center of palace and park ensemble. It was the summer residence of Russian emperors. A great number of оutstanding Russian and European masters had been working on its construction during the XVIII and XIX centuries. Remarkable authentic pictures, items of furniture, fabrics and porcelain, which belonged to the imperial families, are displayed in the baroque and classic style halls of the palace. Free entry to the Grand Palace with St Petersburg Card is available since October 15th, 2018 till April 26, 2019 and from October 2019 till mid-spring 2020. Tickets can be obtained at the palace ticket offices marked with St Petersburg Card logo.

Please note that on the days of special events (such as the Fountain festival), the Peterhof museum has a different schedule and entrance fee rate. In this case, benefits with St Petersburg Card do not apply. The up-to-date information will be published on the museum website.
