Stroganov Palace


The Stroganov Palace belonged to one of Russia’s most illustrious families — the Stroganovs.

Nowadays the unique interiors of the palace are restored and available to the visitors. Among them the Large (Ball) Room with a huge plafond «The Adventure of a Hero»; the rooms of the enfilades of the palace, created by the most famous Russian architects of the XVIII-XIX centuries; and the Mineral Cabinet with an outstanding collection of minerals belonging to the Stroganov family.
