The Universe of Water

Back

The museum is located in the building of a former water tower, which makes up for the first part of the exposition - a historic display.

The second part called "The Underwater World of St. Petersburg"*. It is a multimedia exhibition that shows the underground journey of water: how it is supplied through pipes to our homes and then gets back to water purification plant.

"The Universe of Water"*, which is the third and probably the most exciting part, represents a multimedia exposition teaching us about  miraculous properties of that ever-changing mystery called "Water", which can be both creative and desctructive at the same time.

You can visit one of these three expositions at your own choice free of charge with St. Petersburg Card.

*Please note: visiting these expositions is only possible with a guided tour. Tours are provided in Russian.
