Rimsky-Korsakov Museum

The museum is closed from December 30 to January 8

Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov played an outstanding part in shaping the so-called "Russian style of composition".

His apartment museum, which consists of 4 rooms: vestibule, the living and dining areas, and the study of the great master - had been the spotlight of cultural life in St. Petersburg for many years. Among its visitors were many well-known artists who took part in the musical evenings called "Korsakovsky Wednesdays".

The museum also features a 50-seat concert hall.
